The STOAG lost property office

Did you forget your umbrella at the bus stop? Did your handbag continue the bus ride without you? No problem – you've come to the right place! Your lost items will reach our lost and found office in the Neue Mitte customer center no earlier than the next business day. Here, they will be registered and kept for a maximum of six weeks. Lost items containing official documents such as ID cards or driver's licenses will be forwarded as quickly as possible to the city's lost and found office in the Technical Town Hall. A fee of €2 will be charged for items collected from our lost and found office.
