In order to properly process your request in connection with a line or a special trip, we need Information as precise as possible on the location (e.g. name of the stop), date, time and bus or tram line. Please note that changes to a subscription and changes to the bank details for the monthly debit are only possible in connection with a signed document. You can send us your request in writing by post, fax, scanned by e-mail or in person in one of our customer centers.
