Single tickets and bicycle tickets for direct travel are still available from the driver

From September 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (VRR) has decided on an updated range of tickets. Only the following tickets will then be available from the bus drivers:

• Single tickets for adults
• Single tickets for children
• bike ticket

For all other ticket types, the following sales channels are still available:

• STOAG app
• Customer Center
• Ticket machines at our stops
• Advance booking offices

Digital alternative: The eezy ticket

As a digital alternative to the conventional range of tickets, passengers can use the eezy tariff directly via the STOAG app. The price is calculated based on the shortest distance between the start and destination stops. For journeys in 2nd class, passengers pay a maximum of 49 euros per month. After reaching this price limit, all further journeys in the same calendar month are free throughout NRW.
