Construction work on the route and in the track area of the tram at the main station

As every year during the summer holidays, STOAG is using the time again to carry out the necessary construction work on the public transport route. This year, construction work will also take place in the area of the tram tracks at the main station (platforms 1 and 2). In the period from 03.07. until probably 04.08. all bus lines on the route towards the main station will be diverted via Tannenbergstraße after the fire station stop.

Since bus platforms 1 and 2 will be relocated or closed for the duration of the construction work, a replacement stop will be set up for bus platform 1 in front of the STOAG customer center. From there the lines X42, SB90, SB91, SB92, SB98, 960, SEV 112, NE1, NE2, NE6, SEV NE12 and NE21 depart in the direction of Neue Mitte, Osterfeld and Sterkrade.

During this time, the tram only runs between Mülheim Hauptfriedhof and Luise-Albertz-Halle. From the Luise-Albertz-Halle stop, STOAG offers a rail replacement service via Oberhausen main station in the direction of Sterkrade. The changeover to the rail replacement service takes place on Düppelstraße near the NH Hotel.

The rail replacement bus service in the direction of Mülheim departs from Sterkrade train station via Oberhausen main train station, bus platform 3. You can change to the tram at the Luise-Albertz-Halle replacement stop on Düppelstraße.

All departure times are stored in the electronic timetable information.
