New year, new tickets

From January 1, 2024, new prices will apply in the Rhein-Ruhr transport association (VRR). Single, 2023-, 4-, 10-, 4-, 24-hour- and additional tickets purchased in 48 can be used until March 31, 2024. If the tickets were purchased from STOAG, they can be exchanged for tickets with the current tariff up to 31 December 2026 in all STOAG customer centers by paying the difference. Tickets purchased online remain valid beyond the three months.
