Your responsibilities include: 

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Finance & Controlling team
• Responsibility for proper financial accounting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
• Management of business planning, budgeting, forecasts and internal reporting.

This is what we want from you:

• Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in controlling

• Sound knowledge of accounting according to the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Job characteristics: 

• Deployment planning, management and guidance of the department employees of the bus workshop with regard to qualitative and economical maintenance processes on the vehicles used.
• Ensuring the necessary vehicle availability for bus operations and the rest of the fleet
• Organisation and documentation of the maintenance work to be carried out in
• close coordination with work preparation and materials management
• Monitoring work results with high quality standards for safety, reliability and cleanliness of the vehicles used (currently diesel and electric buses and cars)
• Supporting the necessary conversion of the vehicle fleet to alternative drives, such as battery-electric vehicles and the necessary supply processes
• Collaboration and coordination with suppliers, cooperation partners and external service providers
• Continuous development of the diagnostic and communication systems used in our vehicles and systems  
• Support for qualified training and personnel planning of the employees deployed

Requirements:

• Completed technical training/further training as a master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) in the field of automotive mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Professional experience as a manager with experience in a truck/bus workshop is an advantage
• HV training/certificates according to S2/S3 or E2/E3 or EFK AuS are an advantage
• Assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills acquired through professional expertise are desirable
