Cash fare tickets purchased in 2024, such as single tickets, 4-ticket, 24- and 48-hour tickets, additional tickets and bicycle tickets, are still valid for three months and can be used for bus and train journeys in the respective area of ​​validity until March 31.03.2025, 01.01. Cash fare tickets purchased between January 28.02.2025 and February 31.12.2025, XNUMX can be used for bus and train journeys in the respective area of ​​validity until December XNUMX, XNUMX. 

Exchange policy

Tickets from 2024 can be exchanged for tickets with the new price in all customer centers and at some sales partners until December 31, 2027. Tickets purchased between January 01.01 and February 28.02.2025, 29.02.2028 can be exchanged until February XNUMX, XNUMX. In both cases, you only pay the difference between the old and new price.
