A good decision because you save money and time. Quite simply by using our AboOnline portal. Here you can conveniently order and manage all monthly tickets online around the clock as a subscription. Regardless of whether you change the price level or your place of residence, with AboOnline you save yourself the trip to the customer center. Our portal is also useful for Schoko- or YoungTicketPLUS subscriptions, because school certificates or training certificates can be easily uploaded here.

Would you like to exchange your ticket for another ticket from the subscription range, does your place of residence change, your bank details or do you need a different price level? No problem. Either contact one of our customer centers or inform us in writing of your change request.

It is even easier when you are in our SubscriptionOnline Register portal.

Please note that changes to the price level, the area of ​​validity or the ticket type are only possible on the 1st of a calendar month.

If it is proven that you are ill for 14 days or more, you can leave the ticket and we will reimburse you for the fare.

We collect the price of the subscription ticket every month - depending on your choice on the 1st or 15th of the month - conveniently from your bank account. A change to the debit period is possible at any time with a certain lead time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the month. If you cancel within the first subscription year, only a flat fee of 20€ will be charged.


Should you lose your chip card, it will be blocked by STOAG to prevent misuse and replaced with a new one upon presentation of photo ID. In this case, a processing fee of EUR 10,00 is required for issuing a new chip card. A fee of EUR 12 will be charged for each additional replacement exhibition within the 20,00-month contract period.

If your chip card is no longer legible with our entry control system (EKS) or the test devices of the ticket inspectors, you will receive a replacement immediately in our customer centers. The fee of 10,00 euros will only be charged in the event of damage to the chip card.
