The Ticket1000 is the low-cost personal monthly ticket of the VRR. The Ticket1000 is available in price levels A, B, C and D. As with the Ticket2000, you can use the Ticket1000 to take other people with you at certain times. If you only want to be mobile from 9 a.m. Monday to Friday, you should opt for the inexpensive 9 a.m. version of the Ticket1000.

• Ticket1000: XNUMX hours a day for one calendar month
• Ticket1000 9 a.m.: weekdays from 9 a.m., on weekends and public holidays all day
• Available online as 30-day ticket with a freely selectable 30-day period.

Scope

Depending on the price level, the Ticket1000 / Ticket1000 9 a.m. is valid as follows: 

• Price level A applies within a city (tariff area) or in two neighbouring zones of different tariff areas.
• With price level B you can usually get to the neighboring cities.
• Price level C covers the medium travel distances. It is valid in two neighboring tariff zones selected according to your needs. The only important thing is: the two tariff areas must be directly next to each other and there must be a bus or train connection between the two tariff areas.
• The Ticket1000 price level D is valid for the entire Rhein-Ruhr transport association.

Unlimited driving authorization 

With the Ticket1000, you can travel by bus and train for a whole month in your previously defined area of ​​validity.

Mondays to Fridays from 19.00 p.m., on all weekends and public holidays as well as on December 24.12th. and 31.12. (until 3 a.m. the following day) up to three children under the age of 15 can travel free of charge in the selected area of ​​validity of the ticket.

1st class trips

• With the Ticket1000 or Ticket1000 9 a.m. you can use 1st class if you have purchased an additional ticket for each journey beforehand. 
  (The 1st class ticket is then only valid for the ticket holder. Each passenger traveling along requires an additional additional ticket for each 1st class journey.)
• If you want to travel 1st class for the whole month, you can purchase a 1000st class monthly surcharge in addition to Ticket1. This surcharge is particularly cheap as a subscription. 

Taking bicycles with you

In order to take bicycles with you throughout the VRR, you must purchase a FahrradTicket for each bike in conjunction with the Ticket1000. The FahrradTicket is valid for 24 hours from validation.
