Discover Oberhausen with your smartphone

With GEOCACHING OBERHAUSEN you can discover Oberhausen, its sights and history (s) on your own. With this combination of scavenger hunt and city tour, you decide for yourself when, on which route and with whom you set off. You do not need any knowledge of geocaching. Nevertheless, even experienced cachers get their money's worth here.

A total of nine routes are available in different parts of the city of Oberhausen:

- A discovery tour on foot through the city center of Alt-Oberhausen
- a discovery tour on foot through the new center of Oberhausen
- a bike tour through Sterkrade
- a bike tour through the green north of Oberhausen
- a short tour across the new center of Oberhausen
- a longer tour on foot or by bike through Osterfeld
- A discovery tour by bus and on foot across Oberhausen under the motto "Public Transport - a city in
  Move"
- a discovery tour by bus and on foot to the parks and green spaces of the city
- a bike tour through the green north of Oberhausen

Each route offers a lot of information and historical and current photos of the respective attractions and sights along the route. If you read the information on the waypoints and answer simple questions correctly, you come to the next station and finally to your destination.
