The STOAG informs about the timetable change

The new routes and timetables have been on the Internet for several weeks. Anyone who calls up electronic timetable information for the period after June 12th will receive the latest timetable data here. The new city timetable is available in all advance booking offices and the STOAG customer centers, the handy, line-related pocket timetables are available free of charge in the three STOAG customer centers. There are also line plans in small format.

Answers to all questions

The new network with changed route routes and route numbers naturally raises questions. The most important ones are answered in the STOAG customer magazine, which will shortly be distributed free of charge to all households in Oberhausen. Via the email address Netz2011@stoag.de every citizen can send their questions about the new network directly to STOAG or ask about their personal new connection.
But nothing beats personal advice: the STOAG Infomobile is available on Wednesdays mornings on the Altmarkt in Oberhausen-Mitte and on Thursdays mornings at the weekly market in Schmachtendorf. The STOAG employees in the three customer centers as well as the ladies and gentlemen on the 24-hour hotline (0800 3 50 40 30, € 0,09 / min from the landline, mobile max. € 0,42 / min) will be happy to advise .

Information also about the emergency vehicles

Not only are the regular routes changing, the emergency buses, which complement normal scheduled services in the morning and at noon, are also changing. These travel times, which are not included in the city timetable booklet, can be found on the STOAG website www.stoag.de. Of course, all schools and larger training centers have been informed by STOAG.

Timetable notices are exchanged

3.500 tariff and timetable information has to be exchanged at the stops in the city, 400 stop signs have to be re-labeled. Since this process takes several days, the situation arises in the run-up to the timetable change that the new timetables are sometimes already posted at the stops, although the old timetable is still valid.
