With the STOAG to the Corpus Christi fair

Off to the Sterkrad Corpus Christi fair - of course by bus and tram and the STOAG fair ticket. The central stop and transfer point at Sterkrade Bahnhof is right in the middle of the fair. STOAG uses additional buses on all fair days. 

Sterkrad's city center is closed from Saturday, June 14th, 14 p.m. to Wednesday, June 25, 7 a.m., the STOAG buses will be diverted during this time.  

The bus stops at Neumarkt, Sterkrade-Mitte and Hagelkreuz are not served. All lines stop at the central stops Sterkrade-Bahnhof, Rathaus Sterkrade and Hirsch-Center. The Hirsch-Center stop will be relocated to Bahnhofstrasse in both directions. The Rathaus Sterkrade stop will also be set up for the direction of Sterkrade-Bahnhof. For the duration of the diversion, the express bus lines SB 90 and SB 98 also stop at the Mathildestraße stop on Weseler Straße, and the SB line 94 also at the Holtener Straße stop.

The tram runs from Saturday, June 14th at 11.30 a.m. until Wednesday morning, June 25th, only to Sterkrade train station. The Neumarkt stop is omitted.  

The diversions in detail: 

Lines SB 90, SB98, 952, 955, 960, 962, 976, NE1, NE2, NE4
In bothDirections Via Holtener Strasse - Bahnhofstrasse - Eugen-zur-Nieden-Ring - Friedrichstrasse - Sterkrade station and continue on the normal route. 

Line 957, NE10
In Direction Kiebitzstraße / Graßhofstraße Via Steinbrinkstraße - Friedrichstraße- Sterkrade Bahnhof and continue on the normal route.                      

Lines 263, 954, 956, 958, 979, NE3, NE6, NE7

In Direction to Sterkrade station from Dreilinden via Bahnhofstrasse - Eugen-zur-Nieden-Ring - Friedrichstrasse - Sterkrade station and continue on the normal route. 

There is an additional diversion on the Line 976 in and from the direction of Falkestrasse during the fair days. From 14 p.m. the bus stop on route 976 will no longer stop at Brüderstraße.

The popular STOAG-KirmesTicket is now called Bummelpass and is available for 9,50 euros in the three STOAG customer centers and in all STOAG advance booking offices. You can save real money with the strolling pass. The price not only includes a return trip by bus and tram within Oberhausen, but also 14 fairground vouchers for free rides, free consumption and discounts for the whole family with a total value of 22 euros. Vouchers are available for the wild water course, the giant ship swing, the bumper car, the ghost train, the children's sports carousel, for the purchase of sweets, ice cream, sausages and drinks. If you don't want to do without your car entirely, you should head for one of the park-and-ride facilities at the Landwehr, at the main train station or on Werthfeldstrasse. STOAG wishes all visitors to the Corpus Christi fair a pleasant journey and lots of fun!
