New year, old tickets

From January 1, 2022, new prices will apply in the Rhein-Ruhr transport association. All single, 2021 and 4-person tickets, 10, 4 and 24-hour tickets and additional tickets with the old tariff purchased in 48 are still valid until March 31, 2022. If these tickets were purchased from STOAG, they can alternatively be up to can be exchanged for new tickets in one of the three STOAG customer centers on December 31, 2024. For this, only the difference to the then valid fare is due. 7-day tickets and 30-day tickets that were purchased in 2021 are valid for the specified time regardless of the turn of the year. The stated departure deadlines do not apply to tickets purchased online before January 1, 2022.
