STOAG customer barometer

Last week, STOAG sent out 4000 questionnaires to inquire about the satisfaction of citizens with the bus and tram offers in Oberhausen. The participants were selected at random. 

The transport company is carrying out this survey for the sixth time in cooperation with the city's statistics and elections department. In order to be able to determine developments and trends, the survey is repeated regularly every two years.  

The questions on the three-page questionnaire focus on satisfaction with the route network, the information and advice offered by STOAG, and the cleanliness and safety in vehicles and at bus stops. The survey is also aimed at non-customers in order to get an opinion of everyone in Oberhausen from the local public transport system. Participation in the survey is of course voluntary, all information is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used for the purpose of this investigation.
