STOAG is using even more buses for school transport

With the start of school after the autumn holidays, STOAG uses additional buses in school traffic in order to offer the schoolchildren more space on particularly frequently used lines.

For this purpose, the transport company has rented three more vehicles from Urban-Reisen. "We expect that in the now beginning cooler and humid season, more students than before will take the bus to school", says STOAG spokeswoman Sabine Müller.

In addition to the scheduled emergency vehicles and the buses that have been in use since August 18 on particularly heavily used sections of the route, three more buses will be used at the beginning of and after school. This means that a total of six additional vehicles are available.

The buses run between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. on the sections of lines SB92, SB93, SB98, 143, 957 and 976, which are particularly popular with schoolchildren. After the end of school until the afternoon, journeys on the SB90, SB98, 143, 957 and 976 will be increased. The buses are signposted with the line number plus "Einsatzwagen". There are also additional journeys on the route between Sterkrade train station and the main train station. Further information at www.stoag.de
