STOAG Christmas schedule

Due to the current curfew in Oberhausen, the timetable has been changed slightly on Christmas days.

On Christmas Eve the Saturday timetable applies first, between 18 p.m. and 19 p.m. the NachtExpress timetable comes into effect. The buses then run every hour according to the NachtExpress timetable until around midnight, after which there is a break in operation until around 03:30 a.m. The tram also changes hourly on Christmas Eve between 17:30 p.m. and 18:30 p.m. and then runs as NE12 between the stops Olga-Park and Mülheim Kaiserplatz until midnight.

On December 25th and December 26th, the STOAG's Sunday schedule applies all day until midnight. Then the buses drive from the terminal stops to the depot.

The inter-city lines such as the lines 112, SB91, 122, 143, 185, 263, 905, 906, 907, 908, 918, 935, 939 and 979 run on December 24th and 25th according to special timetables, on December 26th as scheduled according to the Sunday schedule.

From Sunday, December 27th to Wednesday, December 30th, the STOAG buses and trams run according to the regular timetable.

In the STOAG app and in the electronic timetable information there is the exact journey details for all lines, also for the cross-city lines, in real time. Information by telephone is available around the clock on Christmas Eve and every Christmas day on the hotline 0180 6 50 40 30 (€ 0,20 per call from a German landline, € 0,60 per call from a mobile phone). The STOAG customer centers at the main train station and at Sterkrade train station are open on Christmas Eve between 8 a.m. and 13 p.m.
